• Sommelier Barbara Bietolini will introduce the public to the secret of Olive oil. We will learn its history, qualities and the production technichs and we will also learn how to recognize a high quality olive oil through a tasting.
• Agrichefs Ilaria Salvadori and Diego Scaramuzza will prepare two delicious dishes of the Italian tradition: gnocchi and risotto.
